Man turns self in for growing marijuana

If you're against marijuana cultivation and believe marijuana rights and use is a "Crime", then you shouldn't be involved with it. One Florida man was growing marijuana and turned himself over to police feeling his actions were wrong.

34-year-old Michael Cabral of the Treasure Coast must have thought growing weed was a good idea, but suddenly he had a change of heart and felt that he has become one of the "Bad Guys".

Cabral reported himself to police last week when he walked into the Port St. Lucie Police Department with evidence against him in hand. He entered the police station with 12 mature marijuana plants, pot seeds and various marijuana related paraphernalia. He told police he was growing marijuana for personal use and he wanted to "Do the Right Thing" by turning himself in.

Cabral was arrested for marijuana cultivation and possession, then booked into the St. Lucie County Jail after the plants and seeds tested positive for cannabis.
